Pallet has continued to grow immensely in only a short amount of time - here are just a handful of our highlights from the past few months, as well as some exciting things that are coming up:

Our third location was successfully opened in Kitsilano - a welcoming, light filled space in the beautiful Kitsilano neighbourhood. This newest store is yet another must visit location to try out our amazing food and diverse coffee offerings. We look forward to seeing you there soon! Click through the gallery below to see some photos of the new space.

Our website has recently had a facelift and our online store is now updated with our full range of coffee offerings. Your favourite coffees are now only a click away, with delivery straight to your door.

Over the past few months, we have been lucky enough to partner up with several newly opened cafes, who have chosen to serve Pallet Coffee. You can now find Pallet Coffee at Loafe Cafe Emily Carr, M.R. Coffee and Hive City.

We are constantly striving to bring you the most exciting and delicious coffees possible and with this in mind, we have been working on a brand new line of retail coffees, our 'Motive Series'. This series will involve coffees and producers that motivate us and fuel our passion for specialty coffee.

We will be kicing off the series with two different varietals from Finca Idealista, which is located 1200 metres above sea level in Matagalpa, Nicaragua. It sits on a mountaintop that borders a nature reserve, whose trees act as a natural air conditioner for the coffee trees. The workers are paid an excellent wage, and are trained to pick only the reddest cherries, to ensure the crop reaches it's full potential and highest level of sweetness.

Finca Idealista is owned by Gold Mountain Coffee Growers, who are doing great things for coffee producers, families and communities in Nicaragua. Learn more here about Gold Mountain Coffee Growers and Finca Idealista.

We are incredibly excited to have been invited to take part in the inaugural Beanstock Coffee Festival happening on this month, on November 26th.

Beanstock Coffee Festival is a single-day event to showcase the best independent micro-roasters and celebrate third wave coffee culture. Twenty-five micro roasters, including Pallet, will be hand brewing their own coffees in-person and giving festival goers the chance to pick our brain and find out what makes our coffee so special. There will also be a live espresso bar serving coffee from different roasters throughout the day, together with an education centre and food and merchandise vendors.

We would love to see you there, to catch up and serve you some of coffees!
